Discover the history of military quilts from our nation’s founding through the 50 State Salute book, featuring a Quilt of Valor® representing each of the 50 states. Sixteen quilt patterns are included to inspire your own Quilt of Valor creations. The book also showcases the Under Our Wings project, which introduces young people to Quilts of Valor and sewing. The featured quilts debuted at the 2018 Annual Conference in South Carolina, toured AQS shows through 2019, and concluded at the National Quilt Museum, where all quilts were awarded.
