Patches for the User login to the website Member Dashboard and NAMS has been launched.   We apologize for the outage the past few days. We greatly appreciate your patience.

If you previously were unable to login to the members dashboard or NAMS, it is recommended you do the following before attempting to login:

1. Close all browser tabs.
2. Open a new browser window
3. Go to the QOVF.org website
4. Click on Member Sign in Button
5. Manually enter your Individual User ID and Password
6. If you do not get the Pop-up window to sign in, check the right side of your in your browser tab for a Pop-up blocker Icon
7. If you are a NAMS user, once signed into your dashboard you should see the NAMS button. Click it to sign into NAMS

If you are using an Apple product ensure you are using the Chrome browser.

If using a Password manager, you may need to delete your old password manager entries for QOVF and save the new login entry.

If the above steps do not work, Reset your Password:
1. Click on the link at the bottom of the login window “Having Trouble logging in?”
2. Follow the reset password instructions. You will receive an email with a link from Neon to reset you password.
