Linde is a veteran of the Montana Air National Guard and first became involved with the Quilts of Valor Foundation after learning about it during a trip to Arizona. In 2025, she was honored with her own Quilt of Valor during a quilting cruise with instructors Andrew Lee, Mark Darrell, and Rob Appel. This experience deepened her commitment to ensuring that more veterans in Montana receive the same recognition.
As State Coordinator, Linde is focused on expanding Quilts of Valor in Montana and ensuring that more veterans are wrapped in the comfort and honor of a Quilt of Valor.
