Terry Miller

I am Mrs. Terry Miller. I am a Navy veteran where I specialized in aviation electronics. AT3.

Originally from Ohio, I have lived in Ocala since 1985 and moved into a retirement community in southwest Ocala in 2013. There, I joined Quilters of Oak Run and through them became a Quilt of Valor member in 2018. I have been the leader of Oak Run Quilters QOV group since 2022 and am now a co-leader of that same group.

It is a great feeling to make and/or see quilts made from the first planning of the pattern to the final letter placed on the label and then to the presentation ceremony and wrapping of that same quilt around the veteran. It is a pleasure to honor our veterans.

I have been married to my best friend and soul mate, Sandy since 2017. We have a four-legged child named Cody, a Blue Heeler. Both understand the importance of QOV to me and my dedication to it.
