I am a retired military spouse. My husband spent 24 years on active duty in the U.S. Navy and we were together for 18 of those years. I spent several years as Ombudsman for sea and shore commands. We’ve spent time on both the east and west coast. We are both from SE Pennsylvania where we attended rival schools. We have two adult children one living in the Orlando, FL area and one in Macon, GA area. We enjoy Disney parks, traveling and spending time with family. My mother and grandmothers quilted but I didn’t have any interest. I have been quilting since 2018. I have served as President of the Country Star Quilt Guild since 2023.
