Drew Bartkiewicz, a Gulf War Army Aviator, received the National 400,000th Quilt of Valor in Washington, Connecticut last week. He is a West Point graduate and served in the United States Army’s 82nd Airborne Division during the Gulf War from 1989 to 1992, earning a Bronze Star.
