Can I form my own 501(c)(3) and still belong to QOV?
No. We no longer allow new 501(c)(3)’s to use our marks or raise money in our name unless the funds are directed to our Foundation. Groups may request reimbursement for approved items with the funds deposited; they may not keep the fund in their separate 501(c)(3).
