I am a civil service employee and spouse of an Air National Guard (and former Air Force) member. Over the years I have seen firsthand the sacrifices men and women in uniform make for our county. Supporting Quilts of Valor is an opportunity to thank those we owe so much to, work with wonderful volunteers, and enjoy a fun hobby.
As a District Coordinator, I assist with statewide events in Virginia and I am the Group Leader for Piecemakers of Virginia.
