Other Professional Organizations: Currently involved in the University of Tennessee Extension Service’s Family and Community Education (FCE) program, serving as secretary and Education Chair to the program’s local group, Grant Community FCE, Grant, TN and served as secretary to the FCE County Council, Smith County, TN.  She is a member of two local quilt guilds: Piecemakers of Lebanon, TN and Music City Quilt Guild of Nashville, TN. She is serving as Treasurer and past-president to the Piecemakers and served as Secretary and Librarian for the Music City Quilt Guild.  Served as President of the American Beefalo Association (a national cattlemen’s group) and is a retired member of the board of directors.

Professional/Leadership Experience:

As a professional consultant and instructor in the field of call center management for over 30 years, Maggie was a Vice President of TCS Management Group, Inc., then started her own company with two partners.  The Call Center School of Nashville, TN provides training and consulting support to managers, supervisors and frontline personnel within the call center industry around the world.  As a partner in this company, she managed the daily accounting functions as well as travelling the world to support call centers with staff ranging from 5 people to over 20,000.  The company was sold in 2011.

She is currently a partner in two other companies that provide support and training for specialized call center personnel; The Society of Workforce Planning Professionals (forecasting and scheduling, www.swpp.org) and Quality and Training Connection (quality assurance and training, www.qatc.org).  Both are membership associations headquartered in Nashville, TN, comprised of personnel from hundreds of companies in North America as well as overseas.

She is a contributor of articles for the SWPP and QATC quarterly newsletters, provide training seminars (both online and in-person), and is a presenter at the annual conferences. She also provides the daily accounting function for both groups.

Maggie has served as an examiner and team leader for the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence, a state organization of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Awards for Business Excellence.

Education: BA in Business Management from Loretto Heights College, Denver, CO, part of the Regis University system Denver, CO.

Current Occupation: Maggie is semi-retired except for the two membership companies mentioned above.
