If you do not hear from me within one week from the time you submit the destination form, look in your SPAM mail. If you can't find it, contact me at destination@QOVF.org. Once you have received your destination, please have your quilt on its way within 2 weeks. If this is NOT possible, please email me at destination@QOVF.org.

Please be aware that we have few requests for feminine, flowery, frilly QOVs, while we are always short of QOVs in Patriotic colors.

I use this form to find your QOV a destination. Only fill it out when you are 100% ready. 100% ready means your QOV has been or has:

  • washed (even if you pre-washed all your fabric)
  • labeled
  • presentation case

 

 

Optional but highly desirable is the journal and pictures you may have taken.

If you have problems with the destination form, you can email or call for further help.  (We know how frustrating this can be and apologize for any inconvenience.)
